For our clients, we carry out comprehensive architectural and interior design studies supported by a detailed analysis of the plot or existing building (feasibility studies). We analyse multiple design options in accordance with the local development plan (or decision on local building conditions), ground and water conditions, environmental protection regulations, arrangements with the local public road management and media suppliers.

For our UK Clients we produce all statutory drawing packages including Planning and Building Regulations drawings.

On their behalf we can also submit and track the progress of applications and discuss all design issues with UK Local Authorities.

We support our clients at all design stages : from the site analysis, feasibility studies and concept drawings, through the construction design and building permit procedure, to detailed working drawings, interior design, fit-out and site supervision.

In addition, we have over fifteen years of expertise in nationwide roll-out projects. Our work experience include leading brands from young fashion and finance sector.
